This Visa allows you to stay permanently in Australia if you are parent of Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible Australia  citizen who is settled in Australia.
Prerequisites for the Visa:-

• You must have either at least half of the children living in Australia or have more children living in Australia than in any other country living lawfully in Australia for at least two years before the visa application is lodged.
